“What can Vietnam do to be a country of strong and effective organizations, businesses as well as talent pool?” is a current question that attracts lots of public concerns in the international integration. The Citizen Knowledge Newspaper was honored to interview Prof. Dave Ulrich known as the “Father” of Modern Human Resource (from Michigan University, USA), ranked as the #1 Management Educator and guru by Business Week and Dr. Nguyen The Vinh, Delegate of Hanoi City People’s Council and Executive member of WFPMA Global Studies Committee concerning to the problem above.

On 13 April 2015, at the request of the World Federation of the People Management Associations (WFPMA), Dr. Nguyen The Vinh, Vice President of Human Resource Association, Vietnam, Chairman of G-BI International Knowledge Management JSC attended the first Summit of WFPMA Global Studies Committee – a new unit of WFPMA at Centre Etoile Saint Honore, Paris. Association Nationale des Directeurs des Resources Humaines (ANDRH) of France hosted the WFPMA Board and the WFPMA Global Studies Committee, and all its members coming from all the regions.

In the past months, the Board of Directors of G-BI has continued to expand projects and programs on high quality training, participated in consulting, supporting and organizing specialty seminars and delivered training to various partners such as Dong Thap University, Accounting – Finance University, Dong A University, Ha tinh University, Hanoi Technical Economics College, Ben Tre College etc and also signed in cooperation with Mekong IC to proceed with clients of Ben Tre, Tien Giang, Vinh Long, Long An and Tra Vinh provinces.

With advantage of abundant labor market but lack of professional working skills, having a good paid job in Vietnam in the difficult time is not easy. These particular reasons, at the beginning of Oct 2012, brought Mr. Tau Do, one of the Directors of 17th Ave Travel Express Inc from Canada to Ha Noi to look for a reliable and capable partner to cooperate in terms of three areas: Professional training, supply of manpower, and commercial services for clients in Canada.
On 11/5/2012 G-BI International Knowledge Management JSC and Swiss MC2 Institute in coordination with Dong Thap University have organized successfully a Closing Ceremony “Efficient practical teaching skills” with attendance of 45 key faculties of Dong Thap University.

Enhancing enthusiasm and love of education with professional level of an International lecturer was the result of training program “Effective Practical teaching skills”. The program was trained by domestic and foreign experts who have many years experience of training from Switzerland and Viet Nam. The program helped teachers approaching knowledge, modern teaching and world leading advanced methods.
