G-BI follows a hierarchal organizational structure including: a Board of Stakeholders and a Board of Management specifically headed by an Honorable Chairman and Executive Chairman. These individuals are looking for achievement of the strategic objectives and targets set by the management of G-BI over a period of time. a Board of Directors are also looking at profitability targets, market share achievements, and are responsible for all internal operations for a specific period of time.
 
CEO is in charge of general affairs and internal operation. All five business sections directly report to the first Deputy General Director of Sales. There are two divisions including administration and accounting directly reporting to the second Deputy General Director.
